AWANA is an international, Bible-centered children's club that meets weekly and offers programs for preschoolers through fifth-graders. Each week the kids have three different classes: Handbook Time - kids recite verses and go over what they learned in their handbook; Counsel Time - kids have a devotional, receive awards for accomplishments in the handbooks and for team efforts; Game Time - kids learn a variety of games, develop good sportsmanship, and have a blast! Our goal isi to reach boys and girls with the Gospel of Jesus Christ and train them to serve Him. The acronym AWANA comes from the first letters of the phrase "approved workmen are not ashamed." (2 Timothy 2:15)
